This policy explains what data we collect when you use paginaswebenpr.com, what we use it for and who receives it. In short: the contact form sends us your name, phone, email and message, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits, and the free check does not store the domain you type.
Who is responsible
Páginas Web en PR is a project by R21 Digital, a brand of R21 Media Group, LLC (“R21”, “we”). R21 is responsible for the data collected on this site.
What we collect and where it comes from
We collect data in three ways.
- What you type into the contact form. Name, phone, email and message are required. Your business name and what you're interested in are optional. We also note the language of the page and the date and time we received the message.
- Visit data measured by Google Analytics: which pages you open, from what kind of device and browser, and your approximate location. We don't send Analytics what you type into the form or the domain you check.
- Technical data that Vercel, the site's host, receives every time someone opens a page: the IP address, the browser and the page requested.
What we use it for
We use the form data to reply, go over your current site with you and prepare a price for your website. We use Analytics data to see which pages get read and whether the form and the free check work. We use the time it took to send the form, and a hidden field in it, to tell a person from an automated program.
Who receives the form data
When you send the form, the site passes the message to our team in two ways: an email to an R21 account and a message to an internal WhatsApp group of the team. We don't send it to any client of ours or to anyone outside the team. We don't send you an automatic confirmation: we reply ourselves, by email or phone.
To do that, we use these services:
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which sends the notification email to our team.
- Green API, which sends the WhatsApp message to the team's group. The message travels over WhatsApp, a Meta service.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and receives the technical data of each visit.
- Google, for Analytics (visits) and PageSpeed Insights (speed, only in the free check).
Each of those services has its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits. Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another. It loads only on the published site, not while we are testing it.
Besides visits, the site tells Analytics about two actions: when someone sends the form and when someone completes a free check. For the check it sends the score and the language, not the domain. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Today the site loads no advertising pixels, such as Meta's, and no other tracking tools, and it sets no other cookies. If that changes, we update it here.
If you don't want Analytics to count you, you can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
The free check
When you type a domain and press “Check for free”, our server visits that site once: it requests the page you typed and the public files robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap.xml. It identifies itself as R21-AuditBot. To measure speed, we send that site's address to Google's PageSpeed Insights API.
We don't store the domain you type or the result. The result appears on your screen and stays there. To limit how many checks can run back to back, the server holds your IP address in its temporary memory. It doesn't go into a database and it disappears when the server restarts.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as we need to reply and for our business records. If you'd rather we delete them, write to us.
When the site discards a submission because it looks like spam, the server's technical log notes the reason and the email that was typed. Vercel keeps those logs, on its own schedule.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it or to delete it. You can also ask us not to contact you again. Use the email or phone number at the end of this page.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't collect their data on purpose. If you think a child wrote to us, tell us and we'll delete the message.
Links to other sites
We link to client sites and to r21digital.com. Each has its own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a law or a court order requires us to hand over data, we may do so.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date above says when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
